yes i am. very pissed.
yesterday the starhub ppl came to install a new modem for cable vision tv, internet and digital phone calls.
but they install an external wireless lan card adapter to my laptop when i already have a internal wireless card. their reason was, not all laptops are compatible with the brand of router they are using. what are they using? linksys. what did i use before they came? linksys. so what's the UNCOMPATIBLE-NESS?! oh, the technician said my settings were firewalled and all. it was firewalled by humans so as a technician i reckon you could solve it. u dun get paid as technician being unable to solve technical problems like this. i still cant believe it that he said starhub do not provide configuration for customer's router, they onli do the installation. what u said better be true, mr. technician. if not u'll be sorry my dear. i'm so gonna call starhub later to verify what u've said on behalf of the whole company, dear employee.
i've a test tml that requires internet connection in school. it better be working. and yes, i have to bring that little adapter with a very lay-chey usb cable to school when i've a sleek silver laptop with internal wireless card =.= even seniors with older laptops got a thin nice slab of wireless card inserted into their lappie.
seriously, i hate starhub.
my dad woke me up at 5.27am regarding the usage of my laptop for his research on soccer matches which he was betting on. me being helpful doesn't help me to forget that i barely had a good night sleep with my stomach having a protest and it onli let me walk into my dreams at 2am. less than 3 hours of low-quality rest. how am i to survive this looooong day?
